This Mantis is not fully adult and you can see that it does not yet have wings (also, some species do not have wings) So, that makes identification a little more difficult. I can confidently say that it is not "Mantis religiosa - The European Mantis" because that species is present only in Europe, Asia, and Africa, as well as North America.
