About 15mm long, very furry especially on the ventral side, hairy eyes, yellow segmented and clubbed antennae, distinctive white tuft just behind the thorax.
Exploring ti-tree flowers in a local nature reserve.
These are common in Tasmania but have rarely been observed on the mainland.
