Funnel-web Spider

Family Agelenidae

Description:

The webs were many along the incline of a hill. Looked like soft white, cotton candy with a tunnel in the middle. A dry leaf was often placed on top. The spider was usually present at the mouth of the hole.

Habitat:

Small hilly village called Latpanchar in West Bengal, India. It is home to many birds but I went looking for other creatures too.
