Description:

Papilio crino is a species of Swallowtail (Papilionidae) butterfly found in the Indian subcontinent. This butterfly is solitary and a fast flyer. The magnificent colours are due to scales in interior of its wings.

Habitat:

I found this butterfly resting in my garden in the early morning.
